On Tuesday, February 25, St. Luke’s is hosting a pancake dinner in the parish hall. Serving is from 4:30-6:00 pm. The men of our parish will be wearing aprons and flipping pancakes. We will serve real maple syrup!! Shrove Tuesday is a tradition dating back to the Middle Ages. The tradition was to eat the rich food, eggs, sugar, butter, before Lent, a season of fasting. The next day, February 26, is Ash Wednesday, the first day of Lent.
